It is true! No one can take care of you like your mommy can 
Yesterday, Chris, Sophie and I drove over to Ormond Beach to my mom’s house for our family night. We ate, talked, ate, took the kids outside and let them run around, ate again, then ate dinner, celebrated Mandy and Jason’s birthdays and THEN ate cake and ice cream! Family nights are always full of food… and fun
Chris and I stayed the night last night and mom got up with Sophie so Chris could sleep in (since I can’t get up with her and let him sleep anymore!), she had all of our favorite breakfast foods in the house and is doing everything but tying me down to the couch to keep me off my feet! It’s just funny how no matter how old you are, your mom knows exactly what you need, when you need it.
I would, however, like to know when that “Mom knows best” trick kicks in! I look forward to the day when I can know just what Sophie (and soon Thomas!) need and when they need it… maybe someday
